    DESCRIPTION

    Job Summary:

    We’re seeking a dedicated and people-focused leader to oversee daily production operations with a strong emphasis on team development, performance management, and process execution. In this role, supervisory experience is preferred, as you’ll be responsible for managing direct reports through effective coaching, mentoring, and, when necessary, applying progressive discipline. You’ll ensure accurate timekeeping and consistent application of attendance policies, while driving execution of the daily production plan to meet operational goals. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll foster productive relationships with your team and ensure policies and procedures are clearly understood and effectively applied. You’ll also lead project teams from start to finish, and work cross-functionally to develop and close Corrective Action Responses (CARs), contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    + College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    + Manage the timekeeping system for direct reports to assure work time is correctly recorded and that attendance policies are applied uniformly and correctly.

    + Manage performance and behavior of direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and when needed, through use of the Progressive Discipline Policy.

    + Oversee execution of the daily Production Plan, managing application resources to maximize results.

    + Build productive manager-subordinate relationships with direct reports such that communications are effective along with effective application of policies and procedures.

    + Strong communication skills required. Strong ability to develop and coach staff.

    + Project work- ability to lead a Project group- start to finish.

    + CARs- Ability to work well with cross functional teams to develop and close Corrective Action Responses
