Full Time Security Officer

**Location:** Chelmsford, MA

**Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday-Friday 3rd shift, 11pm-7am

**Pay Rate:** $21.00/hour

Securitas USA is hiring a dependable and professional **Security Officer** to help maintain a safe and secure environment at a local corporate site. The ideal candidate is observant, approachable, and takes pride in providing a calm and secure atmosphere for employees, visitors, and contractors. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunities for growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and general activity on site

+ Greet and assist employees and visitors in a professional manner

+ Perform routine patrols of the premises (interior and exterior)

+ Monitor security systems such as CCTV and access control

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, or alarms as needed

+ Complete daily activity and incident reports clearly and accurately

+ Ensure doors, gates, and restricted areas are properly secured

+ Enforce basic company policies and site rules

+ Support emergency response procedures when necessary

+ Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Prior security experience preferred, but not required

+ Good communication and observation skills

+ Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods

+ Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

+ Must pass background check and drug screening
