BayCare is hiring a creative and organized Team Member Services Coordinator to lead recognition and engagement initiatives across multiple hospitals, including **Morton Plant, Mease Countryside, Mease Dunedin, NorthBay, St. Anthony’s, and BayCare Alliant.** This on-site role plays a vital part in enhancing our culture and strengthening team member connection through meaningful celebrations and recognition programs.

What You’ll Do:

+ Plan and execute large-scale events like BayCare Week, Thanks Days, holiday celebrations, and service award programs

+ Lead a cross-functional Team Member Committee to promote fun, collaboration, and connection

+ Design and manage recognition programs like High Five and monthly awards

+ Partner with leaders and team members to ensure programs reflect BayCare’s values and culture

+ Manage vendor relationships, event logistics, and program budgets

+ Coordinate communications, marketing, and payroll deduction tracking for team member programs

The Ideal Candidate:

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization

+ Comfortable working on-site with occasional nights and weekends

+ Can both independently and in a team

+ Comfortable with technology such as Canva, Kudoboard for designing and marketing events

+ Experienced in working large scale events serving 300+ people

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred

+ 2+ years of experience in event planning, employee engagement, hospitality, or related field (3–5 years preferred)
