    Summary:

    Coordinate daily food production for patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers, Oversee and maintain production quality control monitors and takes corrective action whenever necessary. Perform TM functions including interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, and scheduling. Collaborate with Manager and other food service staff on development of recipes and menus. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Other information:

    Required - 3 years - Production Management; Or - 5 years - Related experience in lieu of Associates; Preferred - 6 months - Healthcare.

     

    Requires ServSafe Manager food safety certification within 1 year of hire. Required Specific Skills include Financial Management Skills.

    * HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

    * Associates Degree
