Job Summary and Qualifications

The Information Protection & Security Workforce Behavior team educates 500,000+ workforce members, changes and matures their behavior, and drives risk reduction using Human Risk Management principles. The Workforce Behavior Advisor II is a professional who provides communication, education and influence, internal marketing, and campaign implementation support to teams within Information Protection & Security.

Major Responsibilities:

+ Work directly with one to two AVPs and VPs to determine/uncover his/her/their strategic efforts for the year and develop a communications and training plan that supports that strategy.

+ Lead communication projects designed to support Information Protection & Security initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.

+ Write emails, flyers, and other content – both technical and non-technical – to educate colleagues across the enterprise through all available communication channels.

+ Develop, document, and implement communication plans.

+ Plan and coordinate special events desired to promote Information Protection & Security.

+ Write, edit, and oversee content on the departmental intranet site.

+ Develop knowledge of relevant concepts, tools, and industry trends by participating in appropriate educational opportunities.

+ Perform other duties as assigned

+ Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”

Education & Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ 3+ years of experience in communications or marketing required, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Licenses, Certifications, & Training:

+ Associated Press Writing Style preferred

+ Microsoft Office Suite preferred
