Job Summary: The primary purpose of this job is to perform a wide range of functions in a lead role such as installation, maintenance and repair of equipment and systems utilized for generating, and distributing electrical energy. Works daily with electrical components such as panels, switches, electrical codes etc. May perform duties in multiple facilities.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

2. Practices required electrical safety in conjunction with OSHA standards.

3. Works from schematics, drawings, layouts or other specifications to locate and diagnose trouble in the electrical system or equipment.

4. Uses instruments to test circuits, replace equipment, and installs new electrical equipment.

5. Performs electrical installation of production and development equipment and machinery.

6. May provide advice, instruction, and/or lead other electricians or facility technicians in projects.

7. Adjusts repairs and replaces equipment and components.

8. Estimates cost of project and orders necessary materials.

9. May assist engineers and other departments with required electrical work.

10. In event of apprenticeship program, will act as lead electrician.

11. Performs other functions as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.

Electrician Journeyman certification required.

Minimum Experience: 5+ years maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment.

Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems including dryers, specialized process equipment, fire panel/suppression systems. Ability to read technical manuals and/or drawings. Must have knowledge of National Electrical Code, CMMS, and building control systems.

Special Skills: Basic computer and Microsoft application skills. Good communication skills.

Other: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary: $32.45- $47.59 per hour

Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
