Job Description:
At Regions, the **Marketing and Communications (MarComm) Emerging Talent Program Analyst** will experience Regions’ values while receiving job skills and training, personal development, and networking opportunities through a 12-month development rotational program in MarComm. Following the 12 months, associates will be hired into a full-time MarComm role.
Associates in this role will receive exposure to various areas within MarComm while learning more about the financial services industry through up to four (4) rotations in the following areas: Marketing Brand and Messaging, Media and Public Relations, Social Media, and Sponsorship and Priority Marketing.
Analysts will have the opportunity to participate in networking and teambuilding activities, individual professional growth sessions and be exposed to senior leadership throughout MarComm and the organization at large.

Primary Responsibilities
+ Develop knowledge and experience in the financial services industry
+ Participates in a ETP professional growth & career readiness training through rotational program.
+ Gains valuable insight within a variety of functions while strengthening core skills and knowledge needed to launch a successful career
+ Participate in a wide range of tasks within each rotation including research, administrative and correspondence work, attend meetings, and other projects as assigned. Responsibilities will vary by rotation.
+ **Marketing Brand and Messaging** : Support Regions’ brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging across various platforms.
+ **Media and Public Relations:** Provide accurate and timely information to external media and the broader public while managing incoming requests for information and proactively securing awareness of bank initiatives in key markets.
+ **Social Media:** Develop and execute highly engaging social-first content to support the growth of Regions' Social Media channels.
+ **Sponsorship and Priority Marketing:** Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, advertising campaigns and activation strategies for Regions’ sports sponsorships and exposure to strategic event planning and priority marketing initiative implementation.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing and Communications or related field
Preferences
+ Practical marketing and/or communications experience in an entry level role or environment
+ Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Skills and Competencies
+ Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
+ Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and intellectually curious
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
+ Team oriented with ability to work independently

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
