Description:
Reporting to the Supervisor PBX, this position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and paging all emergency codes.
Pay Range:** **21.23 - 28.65
REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. One (1) year of switchboard experience is preferred.
3. Ability to adapt quickly to many functional environments, work independently and as a team member, and effective oral and written communication is required.
ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide efficient telephone service for both incoming calls and in house calls requiring information, instructions or assistance.
2. Page doctors and staff and connect to proper extensions.
3. Maintain radio contact with security as needed.
4. Perform clerical duties as needed.
5. Monitor all code alarms and security system alarms per established procedures.
