    Job Description:

    The Academic Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Dean’s Office within the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM ). This position serves as a key point of coordination for projects, initiatives, and administrative processes that support the school’s academic mission and strategic goals.

     

    Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the Academic Support Coordinator partners with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to drive effective communication, organization, and workflow across the school. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance both operational excellence and the student experience.

     

    The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities and improving processes. This individual demonstrates strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to service. The position reports directly to the JSOM Graduate Dean and provides support to other leaders and departments as needed.
