    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I or II to support the Marketing area within the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM ).

     

    The Administrative Assistant I or II provides essential administrative support to faculty and students in the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM ). This position is responsible for managing tasks critical to the success of students, faculty, and staff, including administrative, financial, and budgetary support. The role includes maintaining tracking spreadsheets, reporting tools, and managing the operating budget for the Healthcare Management Area and the Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management.

     

    Administrative Assistant I, position information

     

    FLSA : Non-exempt

     

    Salary Range: $36,872 to $39,500, depending on experience

     

    Administrative Assistant II, position information

     

    FLSA : Non-exempt

     

    Salary Range: $43,500 – $45,000, depending on experience
