Position Summary
The Training and Technical Assistant Program Manager will act as the project lead on a federally funded regional substance use project. The TTS will work with the team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to meet the project deliverables and accomplish the program objectives. The TTS will work closely with community partners to address substance use issues within their communities and assist in developing products and resources to meet those needs.

• Knowledge of substance use disorders and behavioral health
• Understanding of education, training, and professional development
• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Project Management skills
• Social media skills

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
+ Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in education, public health, or other related social science.
Experience:
3-5 years minimum related experience.
+ Experience in leading extensive regional activities.
+ Program and resource development experience
+ Expertise in substance use disorders/ behavioral health
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:·
+ Strong preference for an advanced degree in education, public health, or social services
+ Expertise in substance use disorders/ behavioral health

Job Duties
Description of Job Duty
+ Facilitate additional learning opportunities, data gathering and product development.
+ Oversee resource development for the various projects.
+ Serve as state liaison between SE ATTC and community partners
+ Determine TA need(s) of assigned state(s)
+ Determine, develop, and cultivate constituent relations
+ Support data collection efforts, including network-wide studies
+ Participate in Southeast ATTC sponsored regional activities
+ Coordinate and staff resource table at trainings and conferences.

It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are encouraged to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption.
