    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    Currently in search of a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join the TN/GA market. In this pivotal role, you will be reporting into the market-based marketing and communication leadership team and will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing and communication strategies within our market. The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports marketing and communications efforts for all clinics, facilities and services within the TN/GA market, which includes the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies and plans. The role works in coordination and under the direction and alignment with the region and market marketing & communications leadership teams respectively.

     

    + Works with market executives and leaders to establish annual marketing and communications strategies aligned with local strategic plans and overall market priorities.

    + Supports market-based marketing and communications team, including media relations, advertising, social media, internal communications, externals communications and brand/reputation management.

    + Develops, implements, and monitors comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the goals and strategies within the respective market, the broader region and the enterprise as a whole.

    + Works with system and regional teams and associated agencies and partners to determine best opportunities for media placement across all services.

    + Develops and maintains detailed annual budgets reconciliation and tracking reports for marketing and communications spends.

    + Supports marketing & communications growth programs, reputation building and engagement campaign development and optimization for the market.

    Job Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.

    + Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans.

    + Strong understanding of healthcare, marketing and communications trends, regulations, and best practices.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Excellent presentation skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.

    + Strong organizational and project management skills.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Pay Range

    $26.70 - $39.71 /hour
