    Role Summary:

    The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing the talent acquisition strategy for Cinemark. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top-quality candidates. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, this leader will work closely with senior leadership to understand Cinemark’s hiring needs and ensure that the recruitment process aligns with Cinemark’s strategic goals and values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the day-to-day operations for Cinemark’s Talent Acquisition team, partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative, competitive talent acquisition strategies

    + Lead the executive recruitment efforts for senior and executive-level positions, ensuring the identification and hiring of high-caliber leaders who align with Cinemark’s strategic vision.

    + Collaborate with Cinemark leadership team to forecast departmental needs and develop matching hiring strategies.

    + Manage a team of direct reports and collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure the success of recruitment initiatives

    + Reimagine and improve current recruiting processes, identify opportunities and drive efficiency and streamline processes.

    + Manage the recruitment budget.

    + Manage vendor and external recruitment agencies and other relevant organizations.

    + Use data driven insights to evaluate and improve strategies and processes.

    + Deliver a world class experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams at all stages of the hiring process.

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role.

    + Experience leading a high-volume team

    + Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

    + Extensive experience in Executive Recruitment, preferably a mix of in-house corporate & External search experience

    + Workday Experience is preferred.

    + Excellent team-management abilities.

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.

    + Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    + Strong organizational and project management skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    + BS/MS in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
