Purpose of Role

We are searching for a Product Line Manager (PLM) to focus on and elevate Under Armour’s Global Slides and Sandal business. This role will work on the strategic vision and plan for these categories, with a sharp focus on building the most innovative, consumer-centric, regionally and account relevant product in the industry. Daily work will revolve around managing the full product life cycle - from seasonal strategy and line planning, through design and development process, to production and delivery. In addition, research of global and domestic markets and cross-functional collaboration (global & regional merch, planning, brand, sales, etc) will be expected to deliver a comprehensive GTM plan that results in global growth and market leadership.

Your Impact

+ Lead the charge for disrupting the market and building Under Armour’s DNA in the market.

+ Help craft the strategic vision and plan for the global Sandals category.

+ Build and manage the Sandals product creation engine and business from concept to commercialization.

+ This is inclusive of, but not limited to, writing briefs, working collaboratively with design and development to bring best in class product to life on time and at cost, managing integrity of all data inputs in Trasix, etc.

+ Be the quarterback in pulling this all together to enable immersive experiences that feed the Product Team and ensure UA is the undisputable market leader.

+ Work extensively with Regional Merchants to understand global market, competitive trends, and opportunities for UA.

+ Be the expert on competitive landscape, rules of engagement, marketplace

+ Work across the organization to engage and influence cross functional partners to ensure clarity, support of the seasonal strategy, and ultimately a dialed in GTM execution

+ Partner with Innovation to ensure Category strategy is clear and that Sandals is building a unique point of view while also leveraging UA technologies where relevant.

+ Build and deliver presentations at all relevant milestones

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.

+ Minimum 3 years of product line management with experience managing Full Product Life Cycle- Footwear experience highly preferred.

+ Strong presentation, time management, collaboration and influencing skills. Team Player Attitude

Workplace Location

+ **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD HQ Office.

+ **Work Schedule:** This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

$111,919.79 - $153,889.70 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
