    Our **Beasley, TX** facility has an opening for **Warehouse Manager** . The primary responsibility of this position is to provide day-to-day support for all departments and team members, both tactically and strategically, to support the production of air coolers and fan Baldes. The successful candidate must have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory and leadership with a commitment to Safety, Quality and Efficiency.

     

    _What Will You Do?_

     

    + Ensures the safety of all team members, contractors, vendors, and guests

    + Develop policies and procedures to align resources with company's goals and objective in inventory control and operations support.

    + Demonstrate firm dedication to processes that maintain inventory accuracy and shop throughput for efficiency and work order closure.

    + Supervises and coordinates the activities of the workers and supervisors in department of responsibility

    + Overall responsibility for producing quality products on-time

    + Communicates with other departments and shifts in coordinating raw materials, parts, assemblies, completed units, and personnel

    + Continually evaluates workflow and processes to identify opportunities for improvements

    + Strategically prepares and executes plans for improving quality, efficiency, and productivity

    + Appraises employee performance and proposes merit increases

    + Sets the strategy to drive motivation and improvements

    + Promotes the engagement of all employees in identifying and implementing improvement projects

    + Inspires change in others, and creates a culture of inclusion and collaboration

    + Works with Engineering on critical component reliability and related product specifications to achieve strategic goals

    _Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_

    + Regular application of Personal Protective Equipment (Hardhat, Steel Toed Shoes, Safety Glasses, Reflective Vest and Ear Plugs)

    + Lift up to 50 pounds

    + Movement around a manufacturing setting

    + Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office setting

    + Indoor and Outdoor w/ regular exposure to sun, wind, rain, dust, heat and cold

     

    _Your Experience Should Be..._

     

    + Bachelor’s degree and 10 years' experience or 15+ years' experience supervising in a manufacturing environment

    + 8 or more years in an inventory or warehouse dedicated role

    + Experience leveraging a ERP System. JD Edwards preferred

    + Experience in a fast-paced fabrication environment

    + Knowledge of Forklifts use, capacity and training preferred

    + Proven results in improving manufacturing performance across multiple processes and with multiple internal groups

    + Proven experience training others in manufacturing concepts and activities

    + Experience in leading team size 20+ employees.
