This is an opportunity for a long-term contract – Systems Support Engineer. This role is onsite 5 days a week split between two locations: Cambridge and Fenway. You will be providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 frontline support as well as jumping into some server troubleshooting/administration and network troubleshooting/administration.

This company is an investment firm that helps stealth start-ups launch to “public” companies. They have a specialized field of focus, and you have a unique opportunity to support internal employees as well as systems and employees for these stealth companies. The expectation is to be dressed in business casual attire, be punctual, and onsite 5 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 2+ Years of Experience in a Systems Support Role (IT Focused)

+ Jamf/Intune

+ Tier 1 & 2 Desktop Support

+ White Glove Support Experience

+ Windows Server Administration Experience

+ Cisco Routers & Switches

+ Meraki

Desired Skills & Experience

+ Bachelors in Information Technology or similar field of study

+ Experience working for an Investment Company

+ Providing frontline end user support up to the executive level

+ Managing devices and permissions with Jamf & Intune

+ Supporting EntraID/AD

+ Basic server administration and troubleshooting
