We are looking to hire a Manager Facilities Maintenance to support our Saratoga location. This position is a Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule. This role provides leadership, management and technical consultation to facilities employees and contractors, across campuses in the support of facilities and utilities maintenance, and facilities related projects, contracts and ongoing operations.
As a Manager Facilities Maintenance, a typical day may include the following:
+ Manages and leads teams within the facilities department, which may have responsibilities focusing on technical operations, maintenance, utilities, calibrations, compliance, and/or support functions.
+ Serves as Subject Matter Expert for the Facilities department for compliance and operations.
+ Manages and develops direct reports that may include but not limited to Managers/Associate Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and Specialists.
+ Works with other department managers in order to maintain sites, equipment, and utilities as required.
+ Participates in and provides leadership for the development of policies and procedures for department, division and organization.
+ Participates as Subject Matter Expert for compliance and operations during regulatory inspections.
+ Acts as area manager in compliance and operational related investigations and provides insight.
+ Develops and updates SOPs related to new and existing systems.
+ Coordinates equipment and system improvements and modifications with original equipment manufacturers.
+ Plans annual operational budgets and develops/negotiates contracts with service providers.
+ Responsible for all aspects of planning and operations and compliance related projects, in consideration of GMP regulatory compliance and EH&S expectations.
+ Maintains work records utilizing the Blue Mountain Work Record System.
+ Develops and implements continuous improvement ideas and suggestions for the site and facilities related systems.
+ Responsibility for the appearance, cleanliness and inspection readiness in rooms and spaces utilized for facilities operations.
+ Owns and executes corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
+ Develops plans for department and site growth.
+ Ensure full compliance to policies and guidelines and responsible for communication of site safety policies and procedures and fostering a safe work culture.
+ Responsible for determining training requirements and developing his department.
+ Ensure that GMP, Federal, State, and Local regulations are complied with as evidenced by internal audits and inspections from Government Agencies
+ Direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of the non-exempt and exempt employees assigned to the Facilities Program
+ Perform and manage other duties and projects as required

To be considered for the Manager Facilities Maintenance position you must be willing and able to work a Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm shift at our Saratoga location. For the various levels you must have the following:
+ Associate Manager: Requires BS/BA and 6 years of engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and/or project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Manager: Requires BS/BA and 7 years of engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and/or project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Senior Manager: Requires BS/BA and 8 years of engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and/or project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range (annually)
$90,800.00 - $203,000.00
