    Physical Therapist - Full Time

     

    BSWIR Outpatient Farmers Branch is looking for an energetic, driven, and team-oriented Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team. Farmers Branch takes pride in serving patients of all ages with general orthopedic conditions in it’s pristine clinic with new equipment. As a newer clinic, we are looking for a hungry PT eager to help grow & build this clinic and join the current fun and dedicated team of 2 PT's and 1 PSS. We are an established clinic with a large amount of return business and a strong referral base due to our skilled PT’s and the relationships we're able to create with the community and local referral sources.

    Responsibilities

    + Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment

    + Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day

    + Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source

    + Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports

    + Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

    + Promoting continuous quality improvement

    + Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

    Qualifications

    + Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

    + Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
