    Temporary - Program Associate

     

    This is a temporary role - Flexible Hours! Ideal for College Student

    Job Duties

    + Aftermarket Program Support Maintenance - Assist with quoting, setup, and pricing of new parts. Create or update marketing documents and publish to Partner extranet. Conduct competitive research, consolidate, and report information to management. Monitor inventory and sales orders to support programs as required. Provide support to the retail network.

    + One Source Catalog Support - Track changes to the One Source catalog and process edits. Provide recommendations to improve the content and layout of the catalog. Review marketing inserts and facilitate updates.

    + Reporting – Create, analyze, and maintain reports.

    + Parts Cross Reference Support – Assist and support the cross-referencing of One Source parts to competitive part numbers. Update and maintain current cross-reference information in ERP system.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Less than 2 years' related experience

    + High School Diploma
