    Our Opportunity

     

    North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Warehouse Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will direct, and manage the shipping operations, storage, and movement of all finished materials for his/her assigned area, including departmental personnel.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    Your Priorities

     

    + Ensures accurate and timely receipt, transfer, and control of inventoried materials and transactions for the facility

    + Works closely with internal NAL departments to ensure proper flow of materials and effective support from Shipping and Receiving operations.

    + Maintains, monitors, and improves warehouse inventory levels and accuracy.

    + Coordinates physical inventory activities within responsible warehouse locations.

    + Implements plans for current and future operations to ensure the most efficient use of space, equipment, manpower, and other resources in assigned areas.

    + Manages departmental personnel.

     

    Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

    Requirements

    Your Background

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline plus 5 to 7 years in Logistics or Warehousing and 2 to 4 years supervisory experience OR

    + Associates Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline plus 7 to 9 years in a Logistics or Warehousing and 2 to 4 years supervisory experience OR

    + High School Diploma plus 10 or more years in a Logistics or Warehousing and 2 to 4 years supervisory experience.

     

    APICS Certification and experience in a JIT manufacturing environment utilizing Kanban is highly preferred.
