    CORE JOB SUMMARYThe Human Resources Representative 2 – Healthcare works with managers and supervisors within the Schoolof Medicine. The incumbent serves as an integral member of the HRSS team by working efficiently duringnumerous times of crisis and often under very tight and stringent deadlines.CORE JOB FUNCTIONS1. Coordinates and conducts the onboarding sessions for new hires.2. Provides candidates via email and phone the electronic onboarding paperwork.3. Provides information on required documents for I-9 compliance.4. Oversees front end processing of all drug tests, background screening and TB tests.5. Follows up in Sterling to ensure applicants are meeting the deadline prior to hire date.6. Processes new hire in Workday accurately and timely.7. Provides new hires with relevant information on I am the U Orientation.8. Completes the I-9 in Workday for new hire employees.9. Follows up with E-verify if employment is not authorized.10. Prepares new hire packages for scanning.11. Provides support to HRSS Manager with special projects and audits.12. Serves as back up for the front desk.13. Supports department and employees by phone, email and walk in.14.
