The Assistant Vendor and Subcontractor Coordinator will support the Vendor and Subcontractor Coordinator in managing vendor onboarding, compliance, and profile maintenance. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about vendor management in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
+ New Vendor Onboarding
+ Send New Vendor Forms (NVF) to requestors and assist with documentation collection.
+ ACH/Wire Verifications
+ Support the verification process for vendor ACH and wire information.
+ Certificate of Insurance (COI) Renewals
+ Track and follow up on COI renewals to ensure compliance.
+ DIR Registrations
+ Assist with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration tracking and updates.
+ Vendor Profile Edits
+ Make updates to vendor profiles in Deltek Vantagepoint as directed.
+ Health & Safety Forms/Tracking Compliance
+ Monitor and track submission of Health & Safety forms, supporting compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma required
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 1+ years of administrative or related experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
+ Experience with labor-based ERP systems
+ Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary Range:
$24 to $26
