Manufacturing Engineer

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full time Manufacturing Engineer for their plant located just 30 minutes south of Cookeville, TN.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
+ Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production goals
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues
+ Implement lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, standard work, etc.)
+ Support new product introductions and engineering changes
+ Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans)
+ Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions as needed
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
+ Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Engineering preferred
+ Experience with plastic extrusion (required), welding, stamping, and automated assembly lines.
+ Automotive industry background and knowledge of IATF, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO/TS standards
+ Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

**Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
