**Job Title:** Cell Biologist / Engineer (Contractor)

**Pay** : 30+/hr depending on experience level

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Cell Biologist/Engineer** to join a notable Pharmaceutical Partner in Fort Collins Colorado. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cell biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry, and a strong interest in supporting the development of innovative solutions in animal health. This role involves designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the development and characterization of novel cell lines to advance our research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain, culture, and expand established and primary cell lines.

+ Design and conduct cell biology experiments, including cell culture, transfection, and imaging.

+ Perform molecular biology techniques such as PCR, Western blotting, and flow cytometry.

+ Analyze, interpret, and document experimental results; present findings to project and functional teams.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to support ongoing research and development projects.

+ Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records in compliance with internal standards.

+ Contribute to a collaborative and innovative lab environment by supporting shared team goals.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.

+ 1–3 years of experience in a biological laboratory setting (academic or industry).

+ Proven proficiency in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

+ Eagerness to learn new techniques and apply them to support R&D innovation.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
