Responsibilities for an **Estate Settlement Administrator** include but are not limited to:
Work independently while collaborating closely with one or more ESOs.
Responsible for accomplishing tasks consistent with company policies and procedures.
Prepare internal and external documents related to account administration.
Perform account maintenance activities and transactions using systems such as:
• Client Relationship Workstation (CRW)
• Trust Web
• PACE
• Know Your Customer (KYC) Tool
• Interact
• Administrative Review System (ARS)
• Imaging Portal (FIRST)
Coordinate with internal partners as directed, including Tax, Compliance, and Specialty Asset Management teams.
Maintain extensive client contact, addressing client problems and concerns both verbally and in writing.
Candidates for this job must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Marshalling assets from various financial institutions
• Asset set up and management
• Acts as a vault custodian
• Manages all administrative and office management duties, such as conducting account maintenance and preparing letters, monitoring and preparing reports, and ordering office supplies such as equipment
• Oversees and provides guidance on day-to-day activities of the team
• Oversees incoming and outgoing mail, while managing and overseeing a centralized mailbox for accounts
• Addresses client issues and concerns in partnership with the Specialized Fiduciary Officers, while adhering to the bank's policies and procedures
• High School Diploma or (GED)

**Pay Details:** $36.27 per hour
