• Lab Customer Service Representative

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a **Lab Customer Service Representative** in **Lake Success, NY** ! This role is onsite / in person.

     

    **Type:** 3-month contract, with potential for extension

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday 10 am to 6 pm, Some Saturdays

    **Pay:** $16 to $17/hr

    **Location:** Lake Success, NY 11042

    Responsibilities of the Lab Customer Service Representative:

    • Resolving customer issues and complaints

    • Providing accurate information and support services

    • Processing orders

    • Maintaining detailed records of all interactions

    Qualifications for the Lab Customer Service Representative:

    • HS Diploma or GED

    • Lab experience

    • Customer service experience

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
