    Job Title: Segmentation Specialist

    Job Description

    As a Segmentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality Pre-Operative Plans. Your primary focus will be on individual production efforts to meet team and department production targets. You will work with specialized software and a proprietary case management system to create and review Pre-Operative Plans for robotic surgery.

    Responsibilities

    + Create cases using a proprietary case management system.

    + Review CT Scans for conformity to surgical protocol.

    + Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for robotic surgery.

    + Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.

    + Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for anatomical accuracy, implant sizing, and positioning.

    + Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel.

    + Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.

    + Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Biology, Biological Science, and Biomedical Science.

    + Data entry skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS.

    + Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

    + Proficiency in English (speaking and reading).

    + Visual acuity: 20/20 vision with or without assistive devices.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum of 2 years’ work experience or equivalent education (Associate's Degree or above).

    + Certifications or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI).

    + Certification in Nursing or related field.

    + Completion of a college-level anatomy course.

    + Demonstrated customer service orientation.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Efficient work methods and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment

    This position is onsite with core hours from 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Although infrequent, workweeks exceeding 55 hours are possible due to high demand. This is not a remote position.

    This is a Contract position based out of Weston, Florida.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
