Job Title: Executive Administrative AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including typing correspondence, proofreading and editing materials, and preparing documents with stylized formats. The ideal candidate will also handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist in organizing events.
Responsibilities
+ Type correspondence, forms, reports, manuscripts, and other materials.
+ Proofread and edit materials for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
+ Prepare documents requiring stylized formats, lettering, or graphics, using desktop publishing and graphics packages.
+ Answer, screen, and route phone calls; greet and direct visitors and staff as needed.
+ Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars, reserve meeting locations, order supplies, and prepare meeting agendas and other materials.
+ Prepare travel arrangements as necessary and assist in organizing and scheduling conferences, seminars, and other department-sponsored programs or events.
+ Monitor and maintain office equipment and supply inventory, reorder standard office supplies as needed.
+ Prepare, route, and track routine administrative documents, and route materials required for authorizations while monitoring their receipt.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of EPIC experience
+ 4-5+ years of experience in an Administrative/Executive Assistant role
+ Previous calendar management experience
+ Strong insurance verification and medical billing skills
+ Excellent customer service and data entry abilities
+ Proficiency in EPIC and administrative support tasks
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in healthcare settings is advantageous
+ Familiarity with medical billing and healthcare operations
Work Environment
The role offers a corporate professional work environment with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 1-2 days onsite per week after a few weeks of training. Free parking is available onsite, and there is a shuttle service from the MBTA commuter rail station.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
