    Job Title: EstimatorJob Description

     

    We are seeking a mid-level Commercial General Contractor Estimator with a focus on commercial construction, specifically in restaurant and retail projects in the DC/Northern VA area. This is an opportunity to grow your career with a top-rated General Contractor specializing in interiors and some ground-up new construction. You will collaborate closely with your team to complete projects successfully, with project values ranging from $1 million to $45 million.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct submittal and RFI reviews (40% of workload)

    + Update and maintain project schedules (10% of workload)

    + Attend client meetings and maintain meeting minutes with Project Manager (30% of workload)

    + Work with subcontractor scopes of work (20% of workload)

    Essential Skills

    + 3-10 years of construction experience as a GC Estimator

    + Experience with basebuild or interiors, including restaurant, retail, and commercial projects

    + Strong skills in pricing and working on projects lasting from 6 weeks to 6 months

    + Familiarity with all aspects of GC Estimating across all trades

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Tech-savvy with experience using Procor

    + Passion for high-end retail and restaurant construction projects

    + Ability to make decisions autonomously and contribute innovative ideas

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
