Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to
oversee the management of projects, engage with clients, write proposals,
review designs, and handle scheduling and budgeting. The role involves
conducting site visits and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and
effectively.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage wastewater treatment projects from inception to completion.
+ Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
+ Write detailed and compelling proposals to secure new projects.
+ Review and approve engineering designs to ensure they meet project specifications.
+ Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
+ Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
+ At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Wastewater Treatment Design/Project Management.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
+ Strong project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
+ Ability to conduct client interactions and write proposals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus.
+ Experience with Bluebeam or Revit.
+ Familiarity with construction and design processes.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a
combination of in-office and work-from-home days. The work environment is
fast-paced and part of a growing firm with 180 employees. The company values

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Plainville, Connecticut.
Compensation & Company Benefits
• 5-7 years experience: 90k-115k remote with travel to project sites
• 3+ years experience: 80k-95k onsite

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
