Job Title: Operations ManagerJob Description

The Site Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the manufacturing site. This role oversees Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities and Maintenance, and other Site Support Functions to ensure the delivery of key performance metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Engagement.

Responsibilities

+ Lead daily operations across production, engineering, maintenance, and support teams.

+ Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality medical products in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

+ Own and deliver site PKIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Engagement.

+ Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with EH&S standards.

+ Maintain product integrity and compliance with quality systems.

+ Meet customer demand through effective planning and execution.

+ Manage budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.

+ Build a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

+ Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team.

+ Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management

+ 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments

+ Proven track record of delivering results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics

+ Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Work Environment

Located in Orangeburg, NY, this is an onsite role with a Monday to Friday, 1st Shift schedule. The dress code is business casual. The position offers great employee benefits and is part of a growing team within the medical device industry.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Orangeburg, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Annual bonus incentive of 10%; unlimited PTO; we offer health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other competitive benefits to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth.

This is a fully onsite position in Orangeburg,NY.
