    Description

    Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent with experience in mechanical and/or petroleum construction, particularly involving jet fuel systems or oil/gas infrastructure. This role is responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and maintaining project schedules and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Industry Experience: Preferable to have hands-on experience in mechanical or petroleum construction, especially with jet fuel systems or oil/gas projects. Site Operations: Oversee all construction site activities, including safety enforcement, quality control, and verification of subcontractor work against construction drawings. Coordination: Effectively coordinate and deconflict work between subcontractors and owner-provided vendors to ensure efficient site operations. RFI Management: Identify and communicate all Requests for Information (RFIs) to the project management team promptly. Documentation Review: Collaborate with the Project Manager to review and validate all change orders and subcontractor pay applications. Scheduling: Prepare and maintain a rolling three-week look-ahead schedule, submitted every Monday throughout the project lifecycle. Compliance: Must pass a drug screening prior to employment. Technology Proficiency: Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
