    Join our dynamic team as a Project Superintendent, where you will play a crucial role in managing the construction of a significant DOJ renovation project in Washington, DC. This role involves overseeing construction activities across multiple floors to ensure the successful completion of the project.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

    + Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and end client to provide updates on project progress.

    + Complete daily reports to track construction activities and progress.

    + Assist general superintendents with ordering and logistics to support project needs.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Superintendent in construction.

    + Experience in commercial construction and interior construction projects.

    + Proficient in subcontractor management and construction supervision.

    + Familiarity with OSHA 30 regulations, project scheduling, and construction safety.

    + Strong skills in blueprint reading and schedule management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with mid to large-scale project management.

    + Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

    + Ability to organize projects effectively and efficiently.

    Work onsite with a large construction team on one of the biggest interior projects in Washington, DC.     This is a Contract position based out of Alexandria, Virginia.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
