    Role Overview

     

    + Position : Manufacturing Associate

    + Environment : Dynamic production setting supporting commercial, clinical, and launch activities

    + Schedule :

    + Night Shift : 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM (15% pay differential)

    + Swing Shift : Alternates between 5-day and 2-day work weeks

    Basic Qualifications

    + High school diploma/GED + 1 year of work or military experience OR Associate degree

     

    Top 3 Must-Have Skills

     

    + Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    + Experience in a technical field

    + Proficiency with advanced computer systems

     

    Ideal Candidate Profile

     

    + Familiar with MS Office Suite

    + Strong written communication

    + Team-oriented, safety-conscious

    + Lab exposure preferred

    + Open to candidates from chemical processing or batch chemical backgrounds (not limited to biotech)

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    + Equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitization

    + Buffer/media weighing per SOPs

    + Monitoring and troubleshooting critical processes

    + Sampling and analytical equipment operation

    + Parts washing and sterilization

    + Clean room work with full gowning

    + Documentation (SOPs, MPs, logs, batch records)

    + Quality deviation reporting

    + Continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

    + Physical tasks: lifting (up to 35 lbs), pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs), climbing, kneeling, etc.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
