    Job Title: Controls Engineer

    Responsibilities

    + Create schematics using CAD software.

    + Generate Bills of Material and develop new assemblies and part drawings.

    + Program Siemens PLCs and HMIs.

    + Perform field startup and testing.

    + Work with 480VAC systems.

    + Tune and commission motors using VFDs.

    + Conduct loading calculations and size wiring.

    + Lay out conduit and wire routing schedules.

    + Travel to customer sites to provide technical support.

    + Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines.

    + Coordinate with purchasing to specify parts.

    + Guide manufacturing teams in wiring assemblies.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
