    Job Title: Quality Control Lab Technician

    Shift: Second Shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM; may vary based on business needs)

    Pay Range: $18.00/hr – $26.00/hr

    Job Description:

    The Quality Control Lab Technician is responsible for supporting laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Managing samples for raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and stability studies, including receipt, logging, distribution, and disposal.

    + Maintaining chemical and reference standard inventory; verifying expiration dates and discarding materials per company protocols.

    + Updating sample data in SAP and performing required data entry tasks.

    + Monitoring and replenishing lab consumables; placing orders as needed.

    + Overseeing temperature and humidity conditions in stability chambers.

    + Loading samples into stability chambers and submitting them according to schedule.

    + Assisting with sample shipments to contract laboratories.

    + Performing general housekeeping duties in the QC lab.

    + Supporting other functional activities as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Associate’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or a related field preferred.

    + Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Physical Sciences is a plus.

    Experience & Skills:

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    + Familiarity with SAP and other lab-related systems.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Ability to understand and analyze complex data sets.

    + Experience with inhalation products (MDI) is a plus.

    + Fluent in English (spoken and written).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $54080.00/yr.
