Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob Description
The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to support the Sensory team by preparing tasting solutions and sourcing reference materials for evaluations. Additional duties include administrative support such as maintaining lab supply inventory, organizing emails, and assisting with general lab operations as needed.
Responsibilities

+ Assist with general lab operations as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Quality control
+ Laboratory experience
+ QC (Quality Control)
+ GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or Engineering
+ Previous experience in Flavors/Food
+ 6 months to 1 year of experience in Quality - pulling references, setting up sensory stations, handling raw materials
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in sensory evaluation and food science
+ Passion for green chemistry, biotech, and environmental impact

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Dayton, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
