    Corporate Business Analyst II

     

    We're looking for a skilled **Corporate Business Analyst II** to join our team.

     

    This position is primarily responsible for the Asset Information department, managing all business-related data associated with the clients substation assets. This role supports the development and enforcement of data standards, performs data analytics, monitors data quality, and manages the daily operations of the asset lifecycle within data systems.

     

    **Pay:** $34.04/HR (26.58/HR)

    **Shift:** M-F: 8 AM - 5 PM

    **Location:** Onsite - Akron, OH

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment tosafety in all work activities.

    + Maintain and apply asset data standards acrossFirstEnergy systems.

    + Support reporting initiatives.

    + Analyze and recommend process improvementsto align data across multiple FirstEnergy softwareplatforms.

    + Ensure the integrity of substation equipment dataacross various databases.

    + Perform data entry and monitor data quality,particularly for attributes collected prior to energization.

    + Coordinate with Commissioning Engineers andOn-Site Coordinators.

    + Verify equipment removals and determine disposition and destination.

    + Update data systems with accurate and completeinformation.

    + Utilize Power BI dashboards to monitor and report on data quality.

    + Process data report queries to extract and analyze system data.

    + Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed atenhancing productivity and data accuracy.

    + Foster open, honest, and collaborative communication within the team.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or related discipline.

    + Microsoft Office and Google Suites.

    + Power BI

    + Proven analytical skills & proficiency with the use of analyticaltools (i.e. spreadsheets). ***REQUIRED: 3-6 years’ of related work experience.**

    **Pay Details:** $34.04 per hour
