Engineering Technician – Build, Test, Innovate!

What You’ll Do
+ Assemble components and products using soldering tools, crimpers, and power tools
+ Inspect and test assemblies for quality and performance
+ Troubleshoot issues and document findings to support continuous improvement
+ Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet production goals
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace
+ Keep accurate records of production data and test results
+ Influence Design for Manufacturability and product implementation
What You Bring
Whether you're new to the industry or have years of experience, we’re looking for:
+ Hands-on skills with soldering, crimping, and cable harnesses
+ Experience with PCBA work, SMT rework, and through-hole assemblies
+ Ability to follow technical drawings and engineering specs
+ Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and hand tools
+ Strong attention to detail and time management
+ A team-first attitude with solid communication skills
+ Willingness to learn new technologies and grow with us
Bonus Points For
+ IPC J-STD-001 soldering certification
+ A&P or ASE certification
+ Experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems
+ Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality Management Systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
