    NO WEEKENDS! DAY SHIFT! Come work at a fun, fast-growing company! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a commitment to quality control and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities

    Work with Corel Draw and setup sublimation jobs

     

    Proof read engravings and imprints for spelling errors, inspect for defects

     

    Assemble, wrap and package product, box and prepare for shipping

     

    Plastic and letter cutting using a Co2 laser

     

    Drilling and braille creation into plastic using a rotary engraver

     

    Independently read and fulfill orders

     

    Vinyl, metal, plastic, wood and acrylic printing via sublimation, or DTS printer

     

    Vinyl, metal, plastic, wood and acrylic cutting via CNC, laser or plotter

     

    Understand sublimation printer settings and run printer

     

    Run the heat press and all the different time and pressure settings

    REQUIREMENTS:

    The sense of sight, colors, speech (English) and hearing are required

     

    Able to learn and operate computer software (Corel Draw).

     

    Fast worker and ability to run multiple machines at one time

     

    Excellent eyesight

     

    Good hand/eye coordination

     

    Computer knowledge yet mechanically orientated

     

    Excellent dexterity and good hand coordination

     

    Excellent proof reading and spelling skills

     

    Able to inspect product for appearance and defects and assemble our products

     

    The physical requirements are standing or walking within the plant areas, bending, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, and fingers

     

    Able to sit for extended periods of time

     

    Must be able to lift 25 pounds
