Adecco is hiring immediately for an **Inventory Coordinator** with a local client in **Evanston, IL** ! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
+ **Contract Type:** Temp
+ **Pay:** $23/hour
+ **Shift/Hours:** Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Essential Duties:
+ Perform inventory tasks using a mobile app: replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing
+ Receive and inspect shipments, scan and store items, and maintain accurate inventory records
+ Communicate with customers primarily via email and follow up by phone
+ Monitor stock levels and report gaps or issues
+ Record inventory transactions in iBuy and match with ULS IM
+ Serve as the customer service contact
At a minimum, you’ll need:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory control
+ Familiarity with RF scanners or mobile scanning apps
+ Ability to read and create reports in Excel
+ Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and operate pushcarts/forklifts

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
