    CRST is delivering promises and driving success — and we need an Installation Manager to help us keep ’em rollin’.

    How You’ll Work

    + **Location** : Onsite – 3603 S 61st Ave Cir Omaha, NE 68106

    + **Schedule** : Monday-Friday, with start times that vary based on operational needs. Typical shifts are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, depending on route coverage. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

    + **Reports To** : Manager – Warehouse

    + **Compensation** : $60,000-$65,000 per year. A final offer amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location.

    About the Role

    CRST’s Home Solutions division helps families get what they need to live and thrive — from appliances to essential home products. As an Installation Manager, you’ll ensure every installation meets our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll spend time in the field inspecting jobs, auditing installation teams, and coordinating with clients to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a client-facing role where you’ll build strong relationships, solve problems in real time, and help deliver the excellent service CRST is known for.

    What You’ll Do

    + Inspect and verify installations to meet safety, manufacturer, and company standards

    + Conduct workmanship and customer service audits; document and report findings

    + Serve as the primary contact for site supervisors and clients on scheduling and readiness

    + Provide coaching and feedback to installation teams based on audit results

    + Participate in daily reporting, dock meetings, and operations calls

    + Step in as backup support for Operations or Warehouse leadership when needed

    + Able to solve problems and make decisions independently in the field

    Qualifications

    Required

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Field-based experience in inspections, audits, or operations support

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to lead through influence and coach others

    Preferred

    + A two-year degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated success

    + Experience in construction, installation, or logistics

    + Familiarity with audit and compliance reporting processes
