Sr. Maintenance Technician

Shift: 10:00 pm - 6am (Night Shift)

Pay: $32-$40

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair food and bakery equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation and possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including the ability to work with 3 phase motors and conveyors.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues using OHMS, meters, and resistance readings.

+ Work with HMI programming to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Conduct maintenance and repair work on X-ray machines and other specialized equipment.

+ Utilize welding skills to repair and maintain equipment.

+ Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.

+ Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.

+ Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems and heavy equipment.

+ Proficiency in reading schematics and using hand and power tools.

+ Experience with 3 phase motors and electrical troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $73000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
