    Job Title: Electronic Assembler

    Job Description

    We are seeking an Electronics/Server Assembler who will be responsible for assembling, sub-assembly, and completing finished products while adhering to the highest standards of safety, security, quality, and productivity.

    Responsibilities

    + Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to assemble computer hardware components.

    + Complete tasks as described by production schedules with minimal supervision.

    + Verify all components against the order items.

    + Maintain clear and professional communication with the team.

    + Meet departmental work goals.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Communicate suggestions and feedback to improve build documents.

    + Conduct basic math calculations.

    + Record any non-conformances.

    + Perform visual quality inspections.

    + Load and unload materials onto or from a cart.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 to 3 years of assembly experience.

    + 1 to 3 years of hand tool experience.

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs.

    + Ability to read and write in English.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical aptitude is beneficial.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is temperature-controlled, organized, and exceptionally clean. Employees will have their own workstation equipped with a high-top table, swivel chair, and a large vertical monitor for viewing orders and emails. A cart with the necessary parts for assembly will be available nearby. Employees are encouraged to work comfortably in casual attire.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
