Position Summary
The Sr Analyst - Contract Management is responsible for supporting all aspects of Salesforce based contracting process for the Account Management group. They will provide subject matter expertise for contracting processes, administration, and use of Salesforce application. They will be the primary support for training and support to the AM team for Salesforce.
In addition, the role will provide support to AMs in contract administration function required to submit request through Salesforce. This role will work closely with the Contracting team to ensure smooth operations of Salesforce between Account Manager and the contracting process.
Required Qualifications
+ 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
+ Prior work experience: 3+ years total experience
+ 1 year experience and knowledge of Salesforce application
+ Experience in contracting process as either AM, sales, or contract admin roles
+ Effective presentation skills with the ability to make group presentations
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in a training role
+ Prior leadership experience managing a team
+ Track record of performing under pressure, adapting to changing dynamics, and finding solutions that lead to client satisfaction
+ Ability to strategically and creatively solve problems when dealing with a multitude of variables
Education
+ Bachelor Degree

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
