+ Acts as a top-level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
+ Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests.
+ Defines operations for terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print reports, distributes modern technology, and responds to customer queries.
+ Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management.
+ Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues.
+ Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response.
+ Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. **For this role you will need Minimum Requirements**
+ Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills **Education**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
