Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Description

Functioning as a representative for the Plant's top-level management, the Quality Manager will oversee all maintenance, support, and continuous improvement matters related to the quality and environment management system. This role is a working manager position.

Responsibilities

+ Plan and coordinate the Plant audit program, including system, processes, product, and customer audits.

+ Act as a customer representative for Quality, implementing all customer-specific and legal requirements to the Quality and Environmental Management System.

+ Control and manage documents from the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) handbook.

+ Regularly monitor and evaluate all management handbook process performance using process-oriented indicators.

+ Determine quality targets and control special characteristics.

+ Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions when discrepancies within the management system occur.

+ Ensure frequent internal and external reporting.

+ Control all IATF certification processes.

+ Support all departments within the organization in solving questions related to the qualitative and environmental management system.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
