    Job Title: Assembly Worker

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team as an Assembly Worker in an industrial manufacturing environment. Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery to perform assembly tasks according to Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans. The role involves assembling components for industries such as Bobcat and Mercury Marine, with products weighing 30 pounds or less. Duties may include electrical assembly and soldering, testing bearings, and using small tools to complete tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.

    + Follow Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans.

    + Assemble components for various industries such as Bobcat and Mercury Marine.

    + Conduct electrical assembly and soldering as needed.

    + Test bearings by running them through thread rolls.

    + Assemble actuators using small hand or power tools.

    + Maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in assembly, manufacturing, and packaging.

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to perform inspections and quality checks.

    + Capability to lift and handle products weighing up to 30 pounds.

    + Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.

    + Ability to follow step-by-step directions.

    + Familiarity with soldering and using a tape measure.

    + Comfortable working on an assembly line.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
