Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to be responsible for maintaining all automated equipment. The role involves creating report documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance, as well as sourcing and ordering components for machinery when faults occur. You will develop preventative maintenance SOPs based on common equipment downtime errors to predict and prevent equipment failures.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain all automated equipment ensuring operational efficiency.

+ Assist in the creation of documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance.

+ Source and order components for machinery with faults.

+ Develop preventative maintenance SOPs to address common equipment downtime issues.

+ Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix equipment issues.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control systems, particularly Allen-Bradley.

+ Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering documentation.

+ Experience in predictive and preventative maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mechatronics Degree preferred.

+ Experience with PLC debugging and preventive maintenance reporting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
