Description We are looking for a skilled Finance Operations Lead to oversee and optimize financial processes within our organization. Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with C-suite executives and other teams to optimize financial strategies.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate financial risks.

• Design and execute process improvements to enhance operational workflows.

• Lead training sessions and provide guidance to team members on financial procedures.

• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and automation software to improve reporting and forecasting.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable recommendations.

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs. Requirements • Proven experience in finance operations or management roles.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train and guide teams.

• Knowledge of automation tools and techniques to enhance efficiency.

• Familiarity with risk management and process improvement methodologies.
